Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by you
If you need to cancel your attendance for any reason after booking you must inform us 7 days before the training date.
If you do cancel your attendance 7 days or more before the training your place can be transferred to another training date or be refunded less a $75 administration fee.
If less than 7 days notice is given or you fail to attend, you pay 100% of the total paid and your place is not transferable.
Cancellation by Dental Laser Integrations
If circumstances occur that force us to cancel an event you will receive a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your place to the same course on another date. DLI will give a minimum of 10 days notice when cancelling an event.
We will not be liable for consequential loss or expenses you incur through cancelling such as travel and accommodation.
Force Majeure
DLI will give a minimum of 10 days notice when cancelling an event however DLI can not be held liable for cancellations due to “Force Majeure” such as war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions. We will not refund or pay you any compensation or be liable for any other expenses to you however we will allow transfer to the same course on another date.
